SATAY KARAHI
Diced chicken is a blank canvas. On its own it isn’t very exciting, but when you add the right flavours – you can truly create something epic. The meat has been infused in a special marinade overnight, then finished off in the Kadai with a jalfrezi sauce. Medium to Hot.
SHIMLA MIRCHI CHICKEN
This is an irresistible aromatic Indian black pepper chicken curry. It is slowly simmered with sweet bell peppers and fresh chopped chillies. Served best with plain rice and a Naan to mop us those juices. Hot.

Overnight Marinated Sliced Chicken Stir Fried With Onions, Green Chilli And Peppers. Highly Recommended by the Chef. Hot.
GOSHT KALIA
A slow cooked lamb dish infused with 6 different spices and a hint of freshly sliced scotch bonnet to slowly add oomph to the lamb. It is a simple dish, but boy it doesn’t compromise on the flavour. Medium to Hot.
NAGA TARKARI
This is a hot, spicy, authentic Bangladeshi dish. Its fantastic flavours come from garlic, fresh naga chillies, naga achari and a mixture of our special spice blend. With your chosen meat, this will then be add to the naga mix and then served in an aromatic spicy sauce. Extra Hot.
AMINA’S SWEET SUCCULENT PRAWN BHUNA (WITH A TWIST)
A truly aromatic dish, made with the right amount of garlic and onion sauce. The flavour originates from the slow cooking of the spices and the heat from the freshly sliced Scotch bonnet.. well that is something that will definitely start those angels dancing on your tongue. Extra Hot.
MURGH MASALA
Chicken breast infused in light spices, cooked with lamb mince and finished off with a buttery seared boiled egg. Medium.
ISAAC'S LAMB CHOPS
These masala chops are warming, aromatic, succulent and flavourful. They are coated in a special masala paste made up of Cumin, Coriander and Tamarind. This dish literally melts in your mouth. Medium to Hot.
BEGUNI
The perfect blend of spices and aubergine, cooked with onions, garlic and tomatoes. Medium.
SHORISHA CHINGRI
Shorisha Chingri literally means mustard prawns. It isn’t another fusion dish, rather it Is one of the older dishes prepared from rural of Bengal. A rustic dish cooked using mustard paste and mustard oil. The bold pungent punch is balanced with the heat from the green chilies and the added sweet touch from the coconut milk. Medium to Hot.
SHATKORA
This famous traditional dish is from the Sylhet region of Bangladesh. The distinctive lemon aroma balances well with the rich, fragrant sauce; creating a mouth-watering tasty dish. Medium.
JAYPURI SHAHLIC
Shashlic is a great way to kick your tikka up a notch. Your chosen grilled meat on a bed of Indian spiced onion, green and red peppers. Simple ingredients. Explosive flavours. Medium.
KARAHI
Karahi or Kadai is undoubtedly one of the most popular curries in Bangladesh. Cooked in a high heated wok within an open fire, it is noted for its spicy yet tangy taste. Medium.
JALFREZI
One of Britain’s favourite, it definitely was a firm favourite in my household when I was growing up. A boneless curry made with a traditional onion and tomato masala. Hot.
MASALA
A dish made for us, the proud Brits. This dish was first offered by British cooks of south Asian origin and has subsequently gained popularity at restaurants around the globe. It hits all the spots. This dish is saucy, creamy and full of flavour. Mild.
AMELIA'S MANGO CHICKEN
This dish is loaded with sweet mangoes and coconut milk. It brings together two amazing combinations of flavour; sweet & savoury. Mild.

This dish is an eastern Bengali dish which originates from our descendants. The meat is coated in gram flour and served in a spiced thick sauce. An absolute delight. Hot.

What can you not love about this dish? Its authentic recipe is one of spice bar’s favourites. The combination of moist meat with fenugreek seeds, seared with mint leaves and The perfect blend of spices and aubergine, cooked with onions, garlic and tomatoes aromatic spices – it is definitely one for those mid-week meals. The Simple flavours of this garlic recipe use turmeric and coriander powder as the main ingredients to give you that exquisite taste. It's so good, even your children will enjoy it. i know Amelia & Isaac do.
Chicken Liver
Liver is sought out to be one of the healthiest protein and packed with abundant nutrition. It marries so well with our mushroom rice, an absolute delight.
Egg Bhuna
This dish is a staple dish in the Rahman's Residence. Gooey egg, served in a yummy thick gravyish sauce. Perfect with plain rice and a chappati.
Keema Bhuna with New Potato & Aubergine
Ground lamb infused with ground spices garlic. The bhuna technique and spices give so much flavour to the ground lamb. This dish is definitely a favourite for a quick mid-week treat.
Butternut Squash Tarkari
This dish is paired with your choice of protein and our unique blend of spices. The key to this simple dish is to get the balance of sweet and spicy right. Traditionally cooked with lamb, served with Chappatis to soak up that beautiful sauce. Delish!
Ful Gobi
The perfect blend of spices infused in the cauliflower (Gobi), cooked with onions, garlic and tomatoes. Medium.

This dish is cooked in a blend of spices, finished off with sizzling garlic and fresh coriander. Served best with plain rice. Simplicity at its best!
ALOO PARATHA
This dish is normally eaten for breakfast; a flaky flatbread stuffed with spiced potatoes.
Amina's Special Naga Dhansak
Now we all know Amina can handle the heat, so this dish in particular is HOT, fiery and FULL of flavour. It has undertones of that sweet and sour taste, but also the flavour from the marinated fresh chillies and naga. It is absolutely DELISH! This is her go to dish, try it if you dare...but remember to leave some for her! Amina generally has this dish with mushroom rice, a peshwari naan and a saag paneer.

My takeaway experience today was absolutely fantastic! Encouraged by the glowing reviews, I decided to give it a try, and I am so glad I did. The Biryani was exceptionally delicious, bursting with rich flavors and perfectly cooked. Amina, who handed me my order, was incredibly friendly and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. They were also very accommodating of my special requests, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend giving this place a try—you won’t be disappointed!

I recently ordered take-out from Spice Bar for a group of four, and the experience was fantastic. We each chose a main dish and shared some rice and naan between us. The food was absolutely superb, with generous portion sizes that left us with plenty of leftovers – even after feeding four hungry adults! The staff were warm and welcoming when I arrived for collection, and we had a nice chat while they finalized the order. Overall, excellent food and great service. Highly recommend Spice Bar for a delicious take-out experience!
